Jennifer began working with Passage & Associates as an Executive Search Consultant in 2004. As Jim's daughter, she has grown up with the business starting when she was eight years old, stuffing envelopes with flyers to send to client.

Jennifer has also worked for Moss Adams LLP and World Concern managing Human Resources and Recruiting teams. She has a BA

and MBA from Washington State University.
