computer databases to try to make impersonal or quantitative matches of "qualifications" to "requirements". Instead, we use our resources, including our data base, to conduct customized personalized searches to directly
identify those candidates with quality performance records, the best indications they already have the necessary qualifications. In addition we use various referral sources and obtain information on companies
where we expect to find qualified candidates.
